The Kickstarter campaign for the MicroView went live on March 17, 2014. The Microview is a tiny Arduino with a built-in 64 x 48 pixel screen that lets you display and visualize anything you want. The MicroView has been designed to work with a wide range of power sources from 3.3V to 16V.

Regular Arduinos can't display output, unless connected to a laptop or a screen. The MicroView addresses this issue and allows you to show measurements in real-time, which should simplify the debugging process. Potential areas of applications include real-time gauges for your measurements, wearable computing, status display for your robot/laptop or use as a watch.

The initial production run is set to be 5000 units and the cost is projected to be $55 USD for a MicroView and a corresponding programmer. For more information take a look here (Also: keep in mind the risks of Kickstarter campaigns).
